CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please kindly provide 24 hrs advanced notice by notifying Kristen at 972-358-6125 or Kristen@arborskincareretreat.com to cancel or reschedule. Arbor Skincare Retreat has a 75% cancellation fee for all No-Show appointments. Late Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
