I’m Kristen Overby, founder of Arbor Skincare Retreat, proudly serving clients from two boutique skincare studios in Aledo and West Fort Worth. Since founding Arbor in 2011, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients feel confident in their own skin through personalized, results-driven skincare in a welcoming and relaxing environment. With more than 20 years of advanced skincare experience, I provide personalized, results-driven skincare designed to help clients achieve healthy, radiant skin at every stage of life. My services include customized facials, healthy aging and corrective skincare, acne care, dermaplaning, skin rejuvenation, professional sugaring and waxing services, and a wide variety of advanced skincare treatments and luxury services—all thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique skin concerns, goals, and lifestyle. I believe beautiful skin starts with understanding each client’s unique needs—not a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. Every treatment is thoughtfully customized to deliver exceptional care, lasting results while helping you feel relaxed, refreshed, and confident. Known for my remarkably gentle touch—often described by clients as having “little warm pillows” for hands—I’ve built my practice through exceptional care, years of advanced training with leading skincare educators from across the country, and lasting relationships. Today, approximately 90% of my business is built through client referrals, and I was honored to be recognized by CBS 11 News as Fort Worth’s pioneering professional sugaring hair removal specialists. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, Gary, and our boys, Tristan, Gunnar, and my stepson, Kean. I love supporting fellow small businesses, being involved in our local community, and cheering on our Aledo Bearcats. Those same relationships and sense of community are at the heart of everything I do at Arbor Skincare Retreat.
